“Stage 3 load shedding will continue to be implemented until further notice” - ESKOM

Image by Internet  STHEMBILE NDLOVU Disgruntled South African citizens responds to the ever changing load shedding schedules as Eskom is now implementing stage 3 of load shedding on Thursday 20 October 2022. Eskom said on the statement they had issued that they had announced previously that stage 3 will be coming to an end but however stage 3 will continue to be implemented until further notice. “Previously we had communicated that stage 3 will be suspended at 05:00 on Friday. However stage 3 load shedding will continue to be implemented until further notice. The delay in return to service of a generating unit each at Duvha, Grootvlei, Kendal and two units at Tutuka power stations, as well as breakdown of a unit each at Kusile and Komati power stations have necessitated the escalation of load shedding,” Said the Eskom media team.
